This spring, Sostav and the Russian Association of Communication Agencies (AKAR) traditionally released the results of their study of the Russian market for media purchases.

AKAR/Sostav.ru rating of largest holdings in terms of advertisement purchases for 2017 shows that MEDIAPLUS Group of Companies maintained its position on the media market and came 7th among Russia’s largest media groups!

The rating of largest media agencies is based on Mediascope data concerning ads by major advertisers on TV (including sponsored ads without time tracking), radio, in outdoor advertising, printed media and on the Internet.

 

 

Additional expert evaluation done by the Analytical Center of the National Advertising Alliance (NRA) ensured verification of the data in calculating advertising budgets on federal and regional TV channels, while Gazprom Media Radio provided verification of radio data (Moscow, Saint Petersburg, online radio).
